Our custom design service includes bespoke design and personal illustrations. We are also happy to take one of our current designs and make any changes you would like to see, just simply email us your requests.
When dreaming about your custom stationery don't just think invite suites. The possibilities are endless!
Specialised Print Most of our designs are digitally printed, but we do offer specialised print services such as letterpress, embossing, raised print, hot foil press and white ink print.
What does a custom design cost? Creating you a special custom design does take time, therefore there is an additional design fee of $120.00 or $150.00 if illustrations are required. The price of your stationery is then added to this. As a rough guide for pricing please look at our existing design prices.
How does the process work? The first step is to contact us through our contact page and explain in detail what you would like us to create. Please be as detailed as possible as this allows us to give you the best possible outcome for your design.
From there we will be in contact with you via email. If you wish to chat with us please let us know in your correspondence with the best time to contact you (Between Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm). Alternatively, if you are based in Melbourne, we have a showroom in Mount Evelyn that we can meet at. This would allow you to see our work first hand. Bookings are essential.
Once we have the details of your design finalised, we will email you a quote on the stationery items you would like to have and an invoice for design payment. The design payment must be paid prior to any designing taking place.
Once we have received your payment your design will be created within 7 days. Please allow a little longer if an illustration is required. We will then email you a PDF of your initial design and make any changes that you would like to see. Please note that you can make as many changes as you like in two proof rounds, after that there is a $35.00 adjustment fee for additional changes and payment for this is required before any adjustments will be made.
Once you are happy with your custom design we can create you a hard copy sample. Please note that we are not able to do this with wood designs or specialised printing, however you can always order one of our sample packs from our shop to see the quality of our work. The price you pay for a sample pack will be deducted from your total order.
From there we can simply pop you into production. At this stage there is a 50% deposit required on your total order/s and balances are due at time of print for invitations and then again at the time of print for reception items.
Special things to remember Please keep in mind that creating you a beautiful custom design does take a little time and there is a bit of correspondence that will take place, so please allow yourself the time by contacting us sooner rather than later. We always suggest getting in contact with us 6 months out from your special day.
